Return & Refund Policy

You can request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The product is different from the one you ordered (wrong design, size, material, or description).

Conditions for returned items:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to request a return:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and evidence (photos if the product is damaged/incorrect).
  • Our customer service will confirm eligibility within 2–3 business days and provide the return instructions and address.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service when sending the return.

Return shipping costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refund process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear.

Cancellation policy:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After that time, processing may already have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
