1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Eligible Products:

All standard Hoodies purchased at cutechesss.com and shipped within the United States.

Condition for Return:

  • Hoodies must be new, unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any).
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or with missing tags are not eligible.

Return Window:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your Hoodie, as verified by the delivery tracking number.

2. What is NOT Eligible for Return

  • Worn, washed, or used Hoodies
  • Hoodies with odors, stains, or visible signs of use
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or customized Hoodies, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Support:

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a brief reason for return/exchange, and clear photos if the Hoodie is defective or incorrect.

Receive Return Authorization:

Our support team will review your request and send you a prepaid, printable return shipping label if your item qualifies.
Returns must be sent by mail using the provided label.
Unapproved or unsolicited returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Package Your Hoodie:

Carefully fold the Hoodie and place it, with all tags attached, in its original packaging.
Attach the return label and drop the package off at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location as instructed.

4. Processing Your Refund or Exchange

Inspection:

Once your Hoodie arrives at our US warehouse, our team inspects it for eligibility.
You’ll receive an email update when your return is received and again when your refund or exchange is processed.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by gift card, store credit will be reissued.

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Most banks/cards post refunds within 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds appear within 3–5 days.

Exchanges:

If you requested an exchange (e.g., a different size), we’ll ship the replacement Hoodie at no additional cost as soon as the return is processed.

5. No Cost & No Hassle

  • Return Shipping: We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible Hoodie returns and exchanges.
  • Restocking Fees: We never charge a restocking fee for Hoodies.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Hoodies

If your Hoodie arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage from shipping, or is not the item you ordered:

  • We will prioritize your claim and offer you a free replacement or full refund.
  • Return shipping is always free in these cases.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund does not appear within 10 business days of approval:
