Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Cutechesss, each item is made to order. We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure fast production and delivery. Because of this, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within a short time frame.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After the 12-hour window has passed, the order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Order Modification (Change Size / Design / Address)

If you need to correct your shipping address, change the product size, or update the order details, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After production begins, we are unable to modify:

  • Size, color, or style

  • Customization details

  • Shipping address

  • Order quantities

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.
In this case, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for next steps.

Incorrect Address Responsibility

Cutechesss is not responsible for failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missing apartment/suite/unit details

If the package is returned to sender, we can reship it once the customer covers the reshipping fee.
